How To Make Mini Dresses Modest

Salaam Everyone,

Welcome back to my blog, how are you all doing? Today I have an amazing style tip to share with all my Hijabi’s and modest dressers out there. It’s completely mind blowing.

So do you guys some times see beautiful mini dresses whilst on your late night online shopping adventures? All those times you probably cried when you saw a beautiful dress but it was anything but modest. Yep let’s try to make mini dresses modest. Sounds crazy, right?

Well not exactly. From watching other Hijabi bloggers I learned their tricks to finding tops that cover their bottom and looks super cute. They’re wearing mini dresses!! Here’s how you can too.

Wearing mini dresses as tops is the perfect way to cover your bum without adding an extra layer. But you can’t buy any mini dress. I would always go for the long sleeve mini dresses that aren’t tight or have cut outs. If there is a small keyhole cutout at the top, I would definitely still get it. My hijab will most likely cover it, or you can sew it up. But I would prefer the hijab option. Most of the keyholes are there to act as extra space to fit your head through if there is a button.

Here are the main components the mini dress must have/not have in order to be modest:

  • long sleeve
  • no cut outs on side or back
  • loose not tight
  • long enough to cover your bottom

I hope you guys all enjoyed this post today, and drop me a comment, I love reading them. And for all those who comment on my blog posts thank you so much for taking some time to do so. I’ll see you guys in my next post.
